Fulton Hogan, a leading infrastructure and construction company, commissioned Everest Civil to undertake the construction of two overflow lagoons at the Toowoomba water treatment plant. This project aimed to enhance the plant’s water management capacity and required a comprehensive range of activities to be completed within a specified timeline.

– Bulk and Detailed Earthworks
– Placement of a geo-synthetic clay liner with detailed capping
– Installation of several Gabion rock mattresses
– Installation of a 1050 diameter storm water pipe run
– Installation of electrical and communication pit and pipe
– Rock breaking
Everest Civil is delivering the project with a 20 tonne excavator, fitted
with integrated GPS, tilt hitch and a highly experienced operator, to achieve a detailed design tolerance and high standard of delivery exceeding expected project timelines.
